Murrow was,<br \/>\nnor do they know that this veteran CBS broadcast journalist set the mark<br \/>\nfor excellence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This website is designed to help students (and teachers) learn not only who Murrow was, but also to help them appreciate history via his radio and TV broadcasts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.frankwbaker.com\/murrow_listening.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Listening skills <\/a>are critically important and many state&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frankwbaker.com\/state_lit.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teaching standards<\/a><br \/>\ninclude them.
