Blogging Across the Curriculum
    Easy-to-implement techniques for using blogs across curriculum areas whether you
teach in a one-computer classroom or are techno-rich!
 
Nonprint Response Activities
    Many options for response assignments will be given to reach those adolescents
most resistant to print.
 
Multigenre Research Projects
    Examples will be given of assignments that can be given across content areas
focusing on research, including the evaluation of web-based resources.
 
Assessing New Literacies
    Simple rubric designs will be supplied that enable clear evaluation of even the
most nonprint-dominated activities.
 
Standards and New Literacies
    Explicit rationales will be given to demonstrate the tie that most new literacy
activities can be backed up by Ohio standards documents.
